Photos that sell

Three rules to make the listing work

A cover photo that earns the click

A clean facade, no cars in front, shot during golden hour (first or last hour of the day) to avoid harsh shadows. For an apartment, the cover is usually the living room shown spacious and with natural light.

Resolution and format

Landscape 4:3 or 3:2 format, minimum resolution of 1600 × 1200 px. JPG or WebP at high quality. Avoid aggressive filters: consistency (all warm or all cool) raises the perception of quality.

Recommended upload order

Facade → living room → dining room → kitchen → main bedroom → main bathroom → secondary bedrooms → secondary bathrooms → exteriors → amenities. One photo per relevant space so the buyer can take a mental tour.

Publishing flow

From entry to published in four steps

1

Enter the required data

The form guides you through operation, type, features, location, price, description and photos. Missing items are flagged in red. You can't submit for moderation with required fields empty.

2

Submit for moderation

The listing enters automated and human review. Moderation checks consistency (price vs. area, photos vs. description), looks for duplicates and verifies there's no misleading information.

3

Approved and published

Once approved, the listing appears in map search, in local SEO and on the agent's or agency's profile. The publication date stays visible to show freshness.

4

Maintenance and pauses

If the property is no longer available, pause the listing from the dashboard. This keeps your search ranking without misleading the buyer. Price changes are marked as Price drop and get a 72-hour visibility boost.

Bulk upload for large inventories

CSV and ZIP with images

For agencies, developers and real estate firms with large portfolios, bulk upload lets you add dozens or hundreds of properties in a single operation. Available on the Premium and Agency plans.

Supported formats

CSV, and ZIP containing a CSV plus image folders named by internal reference. The standard template downloads from the dashboard.

Per-row validation

Each row is validated against the required schema. Rows with errors aren't published; they download in an error CSV that lists the row, field and reason, so you can fix and retry.

Duplicate handling

The external_reference field uniquely identifies each property of the agent or agency. Later uploads with the same external_reference update the listing instead of duplicating it.

History and export

Each import is logged with a count of processed, successful and errored rows. You can export your full inventory whenever you need it for internal reports or to sync with other channels.

Go to the bulk upload module

The tool is operated from the agent or agency dashboard. Download the template, fill in rows, prepare photos in a folder and upload as a ZIP. Review the error report and retry corrected rows.

Frequently asked questions

What most people ask before publishing

How long does moderation take?

The first automated pass runs in minutes. Human review is typically completed within 4 business hours. Listings that require clarification (for example, an unusual price for the area or incomplete documentation) can take up to 24 hours.

Can I change the price after publishing?

Yes. From the dashboard you can update the price as many times as you need. Reductions trigger a visible Price drop label for 7 days and get a 72-hour visibility boost. Price increases don't show a special label.

What happens if I post photos with another portal's watermark?

Moderation rejects photos with watermarks from other portals or from photographers without authorization. This protects marketplace quality and avoids rights issues. Use your own or licensed photos. The Premium and Agency plans can coordinate professional production in selected markets.

Can I list the same property under different operations?

Yes. A house can be listed for sale and for rent at the same time. Each listing counts as one active property on your plan. Moderation checks that the information is consistent between both listings.
